The part about Matt not voting because he didn't know to leave a Bootlist since he didn't know what it was (despite it being explained in the rules every season I've seen) comes from him saying this in the House 3 Eviction thread:
"I totally get how all this could be seen but it was never my intention to disguise my vote. I'm sorry for the confusion, someone told me what a bootlist is now, so I promise that it will never happen again."
If you truly lose your power and can't vote, that's fine, I get it, and it does happen from time to time. But, you should probably leave it at that. Saying you didn't know what a bootlist is so you didn't think to leave one...even if it's true, is just going to make people suspicious so you should probably not say it.
Well, I certainly won't be winning any speed awards for taking...I think 25 minutes on the HOH (I wanted to slow down and try for more accuracy, didn't notice I slowed it down THAT much though). Score determines placement more though, so fingers crossed I get more than 10 right.
Well damn, I actually got 22 right. I mean, yeah I came last, but considering I didn't watch bb15, bb16, the middle part of BBCA2, or any of the UK or Australian ones...I'd have been happy with 11. Of course Heaven, Ryan, and Sofia win HOHs, but Rachelle winning one is fine by me though.
Of course, there's this whole button thing that nobody really knows what it does. Everybody assumes that Immunity is a part of it, but what powers it gives ranges from dethroning an HOH, to picking houses, to choosing someone to go home, or like a sort of "known MVP" that gets to nominate someone. There's like a scramble for it since nobody knows for sure what it does. I just know I've been sitting back a bit, and when the time feels right for me, I'm gonna hit that damn button. Hit all the damn buttons if it'll help me out.
I'll get more into it later, but I actually had a conversation with Sofia. Ash was being a bit weird again tonight, like saying I was spreading things I wasn't and that Zach was a chickenshit or something for not putting Sofia up and making a weak move put getting Chris out instead (I think he sometimes tends to miss some season things, though differently from me and my "so focused on who wins something I forgot at first to confirm BOTB was going on this week" situation tonight.

Brian Hart 12:21 am look, I'd like us at least being somewhat on the same page about things, but sometimes i've noticed you you get a little carried away on how you can react to things.
To say things have been "interesting" on my end since the HOH result would certainly be one way to put it. Sofia and I addressed each other in the group chat, which turned into a 1 on 1 conversation that amazingly didn't involve either of us yelling at each other to "fuck off", "eat a dick", "go to hell", or whatever other angry response you'd give somebody during an argument. Apparently it was going around that I was saying some shit about her I wasn't, and she thought it was a bitch move, yadda yadda, you know how it goes. I cleared up how I just hadn't talked to her because I figured she would've had zero interest in talking to me and would've thought it'd just be a transparent attempt by me to save my own ass. I'm not going to pretend that we got an alliance or friendship going since we're not likely to ever wind up as friends, she doesn't like me, and I dislike the way she tends to treat people. However, we seemed to come to some sort of "stay out of my way, and I'll stay out of yours" quasi-agreement, which considering her comp skills is a hell of a lot better than the alternative.
Ash had this idea to tell Hayley to put us up on the block so he could throw BOTB, dethrone Heaven, and backdoor her. This whole time he's saying it, I'm thinking "did you even ask Hayley about this?", "can't the dethroned HOH still play in the POV, which would mean Heaven can win it?", and "I don't want to risk it all staying on the block over a plan I don't know if anybody agrees on". The thing is, I went offline for about an hour and a half, and I came back and found out when talking to Heaven that she apparently has a good idea of what he's trying, and I didn't even say anything to anyone since I was away from my laptop. Ash is looking like he's going to play himself right out of the game and he freaked out to me when he was back about how he only told me or Ika. I just hope he didn't go crazy and start 'subtly implying it' to everybody while not being subtle at all.
Heaven said she's holding off on her nominations until she knows Hayley's around and that I won't have to worry even if Hayley somehow misses the extension, but I still don't want to get dragged into something and targeted by like Ryan/Sofia/Heaven, when I shouldn't be on at least 2 of their radars. And even if Ash's plan DOES somehow go through, I need to make sure I don't get any blood on my hands or wrath as a result of it since I'd rather not openly stab Heaven right away for keeping me safe if I can help it.
Okay, I don't talk to Ika as much as I should or would like but damn if her being in this game isn't making it way more interesting and fun than if she wasn't in it. Ika getting real is honestly kinda awesome.
Damn Ash, that's a bitch move going and be all like that in public. He's gotta know by now his crazy scheme won't work because:
- Hayley probably won't put Heaven up in case of Veto. - Ash (probably) won't have the votes to stay if the noms stay the same. - Heaven will wreck everybody in the POV comp if she gets picked. - Even if she doesn't that's no guaranteed win for him. - Nobody aside from maybe Ika (since I'd have to think Christine would realize it's probably best to abandon ship) would Veto him.
This feels like some long, drawn out way for him to "quit without actually quitting" over things not going his way, but I'd like to think that even despite all this, he's still better than that.
Am I a dick for wanting to tell Ash a time I'll be available, and then trying to do it at another time that he won't be there to do it at just so that he can't try and drag me down even more by sabotaging it?
This is...okay, what do I even say to this? How the hell did I beat TWO PEOPLE? And not only that, I did better than Neda and Candice on it who are actually good at comps! What the hell is going on this game? It's...I'm like actually ecstatic right now because of how amazing and hilarious this whole thing is. Ash had this whole thing to try and save Christine and Ika and get me voted out if he couldn't backdoor Heaven by throwing the BOTB and it didn't even happen because I somehow won it! I've got this stupid damn grin on my face as I type this because I never in a million years would've thought I could've actually done this, but I did. Wow, this...this made my day so much.
